  *HON•KABIRU YAHYAA CLASSIC Zamfara state* has alleged that the APC Governor’s Forum has a hidden agenda, considering their constant sympathy visit to the state.
  He disclosed that the visit by the APC governors forum ,has a hidden agenda ,to find one or the other way to restore their party in the state.
  
  Speaking to the media adverts correspondent
  The Rep said the visit included the forum chairman and Atiku bagudu of kebbi state
  He added that APC has seen no way to claim Zamfara ahead 2023 election but only if the Governor could defect to the APC….
  
  The Rep maintained that The national chairman party of the people Democratic party PDP uche secondus should highly take notes and put more consideration on the APC Governors forum.
  
  The Rep explained that there have been many occurrences in some APC controlled states but the APC Governors Forum has not cared to visit those states.
  
  “It is not surprising that since 1999 that Nigeria regained democracy from the military, Zamfara State belonged entirely APC. The PDP did not form a government there except through the Supreme court intervention in 2019″.
  
  Classic said the ”APC as a political party still insists on recollecting the state from the ruling PDP, saying that it has gained more ground than the ruling PDP.
  
  The Rep noted that a few weeks ago, the APC Governors Forum led by its chairman and Kebbi State Governor, Senator Atiku were in Zamfara to pay a sympathy visit over the inferno in Tudun Wada market and the forum donated the sum of N50 million to the state government.
  
  He said the forum was also at the Government House in Gusau where they consoled Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle and the people of Zamfara State.
  
  Classic said many people in the state had concluded that Governor Bello Mohammed Matawalle already defected to the All Progressive Congress(APC)saying that Zamfara people were only waiting for an official announcement.
  
  Recall that former Governor, Abdul Aziz Yari had recently said Governor Matawalle was free to defect to the APC but should drop the PDP mandate for the party because he did not win any election.
  
  “Defect to the All Progressive Congress (APC) and lose your position because you didn’t win election in Zamfara State but you climbed there through the almighty power of the supreme court”.
  since the accusations and counter-accusations in the state, Governor Matawalle has not uttered any word as to whether he has concluded arrangements to defect to APC or would remain with the ruling PDP.
