BREAKING:COURT SACK MAI MALA BUNI AS APC CARETAKER CHAIRMAN

APC Crisis Looms As Court Sacks Buni As Caretaker Chairman,The All Progressives Congress, APC is headed into another major crisis after a high court in Asaba, Delta State restrained Governor Mai Mala Buni and other members of the part from acting or parading themselves as the National Caretaker committee of the Party.

It learned that the court presided over by Justice Onome Umukoro also suspended the APC local government congress scheduled for Saturday, September 4, 2021 in Delta State.

The suit was filed by Delta APC deputy chairman, Elvis Ayomanor and other tops officials of the party in the state over disputes arising from the controversial July 10th ward congress in the state

Lead counsel for the APC chieftains, Daubry Richard, prayed the court to grant the following;

“An order of interim injunction of this Honourable Court restraining the 2nd to 14th Defendants/Respondents from further acting or parading themselves as the members of the Caretaker/ Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) of the 1st Defendant pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice already filed and served in the suit.”

“Alternatively, An order of interim injunction of this Honourable Court restraining the 2nd-14th Defendants/Respondents from conducting the Local Government and State Congresses slated for September 4, 2021 or any other date, and other Congresses of the 1st Defendant in Delta State, pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice already filed and served.”

“An order of interim injunction of this Honourable Court restraining the 2nd to 14th Defendants/Respondents from further acting or parading themselves as the members of the Caretaker/Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC) of the 1st Defendant pending the hearing and determination of the Motion on Notice already filed and served in the suit.”

BILLS INTO LAW

The Oyo State House of Assembly passed three Amended bills into law,The bills Composes the Oyo State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board Bill, 2021,And Also Oyo State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Bill 2021,Infrastructure Maintenance and Control Agency (Amendment) Bill, 2021.

The three (3) bills were passed following the presentations of the reports of the Ad-hoc Committee that considered them clause by clause And Debate on the Most Perfection that will lead the State Forward.

Hon Ogundoyin stated that it will further assist in the revenue generation drive of the Agency and ultimately increase the IGR of Oyo State which will also Keep The Board functional to boost The state Infrastructural Developments.

PDP SUPPORTERS BLAST FANI-KAYODE EX- MINISTER OF AVIATION OVER HIS BULL WORDS TO DEPUTY GOVERNOR ZAMFARA STATE.

On Tuesday Former Minister of Aviation Fani-kayode bulls The Deputy Governor Zamfara Barst.Mahqmqdu Aliyu Gusau as he said “Shame On You’ – Zamfara Deputy Gov Over Refusal to Defect.”

The PDP Supporters in response blast Mr Fani-Kayode and Accuse him of Anti-party Activities “How could a member of the PDP, accuses the Zamfara deputy governor of disloyalty for refusing to defect to the APC with Governor Matawalle.”

They noted that The Zamfara state Deputy Governor Brst.Mahadi Aliyu refusal is a great Party loyalness and competency In politics is a man of humanity A leader who mean To win is from God as well to loss he is not practicing Do or Die or politics,Which he decided to remain in PDP for the best And better for his people and our Dear state Zamfara.

In a Twitter post on Tuesday, the former minister, who is a PDP stalwart, said the official was disloyal for not joining his principal, Bello Matawalle, to decamp from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the ruling party.

The Zamfara Governor, alongside the state, lawmakers and commissioners officially joined the APC in July, months after the defection of Governors Ben Ayade of Cross River State and David Umahi of Ebonyi State.

“When a Governor decamps from one party to another, shouldn’t his Deputy go with him? Is that not what loyalty is all about?, Against his better judgement @Bellomatawalle1 picked you as his running mate & made you Deputy Governor & now you undermine & betray him?

The former Minister, a strong critic of APC and President Muhammadu Buhari,So its not an un anonymous Effect after different occasions denied speculations of him joining the ruling party now Criticism to Deputy Governor and We the Good people Of zamfara we remain loyal the Party PDP.

“The fact that I am in talks with leaders from a cross-section of political parties, including the ruling party, does not in any way derogate from this and does not mean that I will ever change those from views,” he explained.

Aside his more recent meetings with other members of the ruling party, the ex-aviation minister was again trolled on social media giant, Twitter, for attending the wedding ceremony of Mr Buhari’s son in Kano last week.

Flanked by governors and lawmakers from the APC, pictures of Mr Fani-Kayode at the ceremony ruled the Twitter space as more Nigerians question his credibility and political leaning.

Months earlier, he had attracted public criticism when he insulted a Daily Trust correspondent who had asked at a press conference ‘who was bankrolling’ his frequent trips across the nation to meet political figures across party lines,And this tells Nigeria The Ex u aviation is just an anti-party and not a true PDP member by his so call selfish ness
